Guidelines for General Landscaping

1) Normal landscaping involving the placing of flowers, bulbs, plants, bushes, trees, beds, flower trellises, etc., is permitted without prior approval.

2) Landscaping that requires major re-contouring of the property must be approved.

3) Landscaping that incorporates any type of more exotic plants, for example, trees that bear fruit, need to be approved by the Committee.

4) Landscaping that is done along property lines, in conjunction with adjacent neighbors, must be approved by the Committee so that both parties can be protected.

These guidelines are to be used a reference in planning. Final approval can only be made after the Committee reviews the plan. The Committee reserves the right to change or modify any of the above points of consideration at any time and without notice in order to facilitate its role in reviewing and approving submitted plans.
