March 15, 2016 Annual Meeting

Minutes

The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M.

Lisa Yaletchko was reelected to her seat for a three (3) year term.

The 2016 General Assessment of $125 was approved.

The 2016 Budget and the 2015 Financial Report were approved.

The contract with B.C. Communities for 2016 and 2017 was approved.

The use of the web site was discussed.

May 21 and September 10 were set as the dates for the community wide Yard Sales.

The membership of the Architectural Review Committee was renewed for a three (3) year term (2016,17, and 18).

Questions were asked about the expense for cutting in the common area. The Directors approved continuing with our present arrangement.

Questions were asked about the tree cutting that had been done and the Directors explained that a settlement had been reached in this matter.

It appears that the Common Area is being used by at least one (1) beaver and that this may create a problem at some point.

The Annual Meeting date will be moved to late fall. A specific date will be set by the Directors.
