The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M.

Introduction of residents & two new residents

Old Business

After several notifications we continue to have unresolved issues on a few properties. Management Company will be contacting our attorney for assistance in next actions.

Storm drain at 115 W Ruddy Duck Circle needs to be resecured to drain. Had a company come out and check functionally of the storm drains. No problems with storm drains except way to much rain in 2018.

New Business

Reviewed and passed budget. $400.00 increase in budget with no increase in dues

Yard Sale dates planned for 5/18/2019 & 9/14/2019

Mulch being ordered and delivered once we get price & delivery information from Boy Scout Troop.

Landscaping being done after mulch delivery probably mid-April.

Lisa Yaletchko was reelected for another 3 year term 2019-2022
