Guidelines for Antennas & Satellite Dishes

1) Antennas can be mounted to the chimney of homes provided they are regular type antennas with a short mast. No large antennas requiring a mast with guide or stabilizing wires are permitted either on the roof or grounds around a property owner’s home.

2) Small satellite dishes (18-24inches) of the type used for Direct TV can be used after approval of the Board is obtained in writing, as required by the Declaration, and placed in a location acceptable to the Committee, and landscaped in a manner as to provide the least visibility.

These guidelines are to be used a reference in planning. Final approval can only be made after the Committee reviews the plan. The Committee reserves the right to change or modify any of the above points of consideration at any time and without notice in order to facilitate its role in reviewing and approving submitted plans.
